It has a tilted top block, which means there’s bigger than average difference between front and back rise. This allows for the jeans to sit comfortably on the hips, creating a relaxed and contemporary look and feel. The curved waistband makes sure the back rise fits nicely at the lower back, leaving no gap, while the front rise sits a bit lower than the natural waistline. This gives the fabric a darker appearance on the outside, helping it fade with a higher contrast when the white core of the indigo-dyed warp becomes visible with wear and wash.
