The belt is made of a 3.6mm thick vegetable tanned natural cowhide originating from Italy. The single prong buckle has been solid casted rom 100% brass. Solid casting provides no welds or soldering points, which makes it much more durable. The buckle attaches to the leather by a handstitched pony stitch using heavy-weight waxed threads going through the leather twice. This combination of material and technique will make this belt life lasting, while gaining character and patina along the way.
